Bottom with added sacrificial keel and wood lifting strakes rather than UHMW strakes

Front of the lifting strake

After this fiasco I put a sign up that says:

DRY FIT

Bonehead

It took a lot of time to glass and fill and adjust the shape to straight.

Shiny new epoxy/graphite bottom

Ready to go out and get flipped

After taking the framing out, this was the first view of the inside.

The back porch got a post cut off and a ramp built to allow the Tolman to come outside... in the rain.

Turning over took just minutes with lots of help!!

Back on the porch

My, it looks big!!!

All I have to do now is fill it with expensive boat parts.
